College Preparation Is Not an Add-On
At most schools, college prep is an afterthought bolted onto senior year. At Sycamore, it's embedded from day one of ninth grade. Every student receives a four-year academic plan, a dedicated college counselor starting in tenth grade, and SAT/ACT preparation woven directly into the curriculum.
Transcript management, school profile creation, essay coaching, and application strategy are all handled by our counseling team. When admissions officers review a Sycamore transcript, they see a Cognia-accredited, NCAA-approved institution with course rigor that speaks for itself.

Students who want to push themselves have every opportunity to do so. Our 15 College Board-approved AP courses span English, history, science, math, and world languages. Honors sections are available in every core subject.
AP and honors courses carry weighted GPA credit and are taught by experienced instructors with subject-area expertise. Dual enrollment partnerships with accredited colleges let students earn real college credit before graduation. Some of our seniors enter university with a full semester already completed.
